eNP4 has been built from the life experience of Colin Perriss a former alcoholic who decided to share what he had learned with others in an effort to help others to change their lives for the better.

Additionally Colin would like to see better quality information and education about alcohol and why we really drink it, to change our mental state.  

In our opinion there is no shame in admitting that you have an issue with alcohol, maybe you are just in pain, whether it be mental or emotional and are using alcohol because you just can’t find any other way.
